Our boats catch and provide your family with seafood that seasonal, and only 2 days from being caught.
We partner with day boats that share our views on quality and sustainability.
We never allow farm raised nor fish that are not sustainable in our company, only the freshest wild seafood.
Our seafood is harvested in the wild, hand filleted and prepared for your family. It is then individually vacuum sealed for delivery.
All of our seafood is wild caught Atlantic seafood.

Tim
The Fish Cutting Phenom
Tim is one of our fish cutters! Everyone says Tim has the sharpest knives in the south. A veteran fish cutter, Tim is one of the best cutters you will ever meet. He’s also the lead singer of a popular Reggae band and a die-hard Carolina Panthers football fan.
Captain Joe
A true local knows his way around our coastal waters
This is Captain Joe, the co-owner of the facility that cuts our fish. Whether crabbing for the best blue crab on the east coast, shrimping or fishing, Captain Joe knows his way around our coastal waters. He begins each day early and returns to the dock before 2 PM to off load the catch into the capable hands of Tim, our trusted fish cutter. Then it is off to your house for the freshest, most sustainable seafood available.
