This may be the most versatile cut of meat around. Put it in the oven….. Put in a slow cooker / crock pot ….. and do not get me started ….. Put it on a smoker and make some plates or sandwiches that will make you think you need a cowboy hat and boots as that Texan will come out of you…. careful, you might even start doing a 2 step !!!!
