You will receive approximately 100 lbs - (this varies based on the size of the beef at harvest) of grass fed beef, that is the healthiest, safest, cleanest and most holistic beef in the United States.

The beef will be divided and you will receive:

40 pounds of ground beef - 1 pound packages

4 pounds of fajita strips - 1 pound packages

4 pounds of stew beef - 1 pound packages

3 pounds of Kabobs - 1 pound packages

4 - Roasts - 2 to 2.5 pounds each

4 - Sirloin steaks - 8 ounces each

4 - Ribeye Steaks 2 inch thick 1 pound each

6 - NY Strips 8 to 10 ounces each

4 - Filet Mignon 6 to 8 ounces each

1 - Flank, Skirt or Flat Iron Steak depending on availability

2 - packages of long ribs - approx 6 ribs per package

2 - packages of beef bones for Beef Broth
